Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date receive a refund of all payments except the non-refundable booking retainer/deposit. Cancellations made 24- 48 hours before the event date receive a refund of 50% of the total rental fee, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event date are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their event once and can reschedule up to 14 days before their event, subject to availability, if notice is provided at least 14 days before the original event date. Any price differences for the new date may apply. Cancellation by Provider If the rental company must cancel due to equipment failure, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a suitable replacement, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Force Majeure Neither party will be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or venue closures. In such cases, the parties will work together to reschedule when possible. No-Show Events If the event is canceled on the day of the event, or if the client fails to provide access to the venue at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.
